Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate tracking and forecasting.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and participate in sales training and development programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Account Management (relocation assistance available).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for team events (if applicable).
