Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the local and regional markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand goals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Manage the sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Sales or Customer Service (Entry-level candidates with strong soft skills are encouraged to apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region (Los Angeles & Ohio).
- A valid driver's license and professional appearance.
