Responsibilities
- Drive sales through consultative selling techniques and product knowledge
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets and KPIs
- Build lasting customer relationships via personalized service
- Execute visual merchandising and inventory management
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide sales goals
- Train new associates on sales processes and brand standards
- Participate in weekend and holiday retail coverage
Qualifications
- 2+ years proven sales experience in retail or hospitality
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems and point-of-sale software
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
