Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business relationships within Fort Worth and surrounding areas
- Present and sell company solutions to B2B clients in person
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular in-person visits
- Collaborate with marketing team to generate qualified leads
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and pipeline
- Attend industry events and networking functions to expand reach
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven outside sales experience
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas
