Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within a defined geographic territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual quotas.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in outside sales or business-to-business (B2B) sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Valid Driverβs License and a clean driving record required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive presentation style.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
