- Needs Assessment: Consultative selling by identifying client pain points and matching them with our product portfolio.
- Demo Delivery: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and virtual presentations to decision-makers.
- Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals directly with clients to achieve monthly sales quotas.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
- Feedback Loop: Provide regular feedback to the product team based on client interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or account management is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Self-Motivation: A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and hit targets.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
- Availability: Reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled shifts (Part-time).
