Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting and strategic lead qualification
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies for enterprise accounts
- Present product demonstrations to C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation campaigns
- Close 15-20 deals monthly while maintaining 90%+ activity targets
- Utilize Salesforce.com to maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting
- Mentor junior sales representatives on best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/technology focus
- Proven track record of exceeding quarterly revenue targets
- Expert proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger)
