Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets for assigned product/service portfolio
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all interactions and pipeline activities in Salesforce
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pm)
- Conduct product demonstrations and overcome customer objections
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
