- CRM Mastery: Manage the full sales cycle within Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry and pipeline management.
- Market Analysis: Provide daily feedback on market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
- Performance Goals: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting aggressive targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
