Responsibilities
- Proactively initiate outbound calls and emails to generate new leads.
- Qualify prospects and assess their fit for our products/services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations via Zoom or video calls.
- Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM records accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure customer success.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive preferred).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting quotas.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
