Responsibilities
- Engage with customers warmly to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Drive sales performance by actively achieving and exceeding daily and weekly sales targets.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to ensure loyalty.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with computers and mobile devices is a plus.
