Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients across Pennsylvania and New Jersey
- Present tailored solutions to enterprise decision-makers
- Close complex deals with 6-figure contracts
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Build and maintain long-term client partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation strategies
- Track sales activities using Salesforce CRM
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 40-50% of the time
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership ethic
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
