Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in developing circular economy frameworks and closed-loop production systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with cleantech startups, research institutions, and policy influencers
- Oversee implementation of AI-driven resource optimization and predictive environmental analytics
- Drive corporate sustainability reporting frameworks exceeding GRI and SASB standards
- Secure $10M+ in green innovation funding through grants and impact investment channels
- Mentor sustainability talent and build next-gen environmental leadership pipeline
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years progressive experience in corporate sustainability with 5+ in directorial roles
- Proven track record launching circular economy initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (Scope 1-3) and life cycle assessment tools
- Deep knowledge of emerging green technologies: hydrogen economy, direct air capture, bio-based materials
- Experience securing and managing ESG-focused venture capital and public funding
- Professional certifications in LEED, SFP, or similar sustainability credentials
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in sustainability dashboards (Power BI/Tableau)
