Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 corporate sustainability roadmap targeting net-zero emissions and circular economy integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement ESG initiatives across supply chains, operations, and product lifecycle
- Drive climate resilience strategies through renewable energy adoption, waste reduction, and sustainable material innovation
- Forge strategic partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and technology startups to accelerate sustainability breakthroughs
- Oversee carbon footprint measurement, reporting, and compliance with evolving global sustainability standards
- Champion internal sustainability culture through employee engagement programs and green leadership training
- Represent the company at industry forums and policy discussions shaping 2026 sustainability regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field with 8+ years of progressive sustainability leadership experience
- Proven track record developing and executing net-zero strategies with measurable environmental impact
- Expertise in ESG frameworks, carbon accounting standards (GHG Protocol), and circular economy principles
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing executive leadership and external partners
- Technical proficiency in sustainability software (e.g., SAP Sustainability Cloud, Persefoni) and data analytics
- Certification in sustainability management (e.g., GRI, SASB, LEED AP) preferred
- Deep understanding of emerging climate technologies and regulatory trends for 2026
