Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 sustainability framework with measurable KPIs for emissions reduction, waste diversion, and resource efficiency
- Lead stakeholder engagement across C-suite, supply chain partners, and regulatory bodies to align sustainability goals
- Oversee ESG reporting compliance and pioneer next-generation impact measurement methodologies
- Drive innovation in sustainable materials sourcing and circular supply chain implementation
- Manage a $5M sustainability budget and vendor ecosystem for green technology adoption
- Mentor cross-functional teams on sustainability best practices and change management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in sustainability management with 5+ years in strategic planning roles
- Proven track record of delivering carbon neutrality or net-positive impact targets
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- Expertise in ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and emerging sustainability standards
- Certification in Sustainable Supply Chain Management (CSCM) or equivalent
- Experience with AI-driven sustainability analytics and carbon footprinting tools
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive-level sustainability storytelling
