Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Climate Action Plan with measurable decarbonization targets
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating ESG principles into product lifecycle and operations
- Analyze emerging climate technologies (carbon capture, AI-driven energy systems) for implementation
- Forge strategic partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and tech innovators
- Report on sustainability metrics using GRI and SASB frameworks
- Advise C-suite on climate risk mitigation and regulatory compliance
- Drive employee engagement through sustainability training and green initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Climate Policy (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability or climate strategy with measurable impact
- Expertise in carbon accounting (GHG Protocol) and net-zero frameworks
- Proven success in leading large-scale sustainability transformation projects
- Strong analytical skills with climate modeling software experience
- Deep knowledge of US climate policies (IRA, Inflation Reduction Act)
- Certification in ESG reporting (GARP, SASB) or equivalent
