Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 sustainability roadmap aligned with UN SDGs
- Lead carbon footprint reduction initiatives across 15+ global facilities
- Oversee ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Manage $5M+ sustainability budget and vendor partnerships
- Drive circular economy implementation across supply chains
- Lead cross-functional sustainability taskforce of 12+ professionals
- Represent company at global sustainability forums (COP, WEF)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science/Sustainability or MBA with sustainability focus
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with 3+ leadership roles
- Proven experience developing net-zero transition strategies
- Expertise in ESG reporting frameworks and carbon accounting
- Strong stakeholder management with C-suite/board experience
- Professional certifications (LEED AP, GRI, SASB) preferred
- Advanced data analytics skills (Tableau, Power BI)
