Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies, market disruptions, and societal shifts
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and innovation roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D teams to incubate next-generation products and services aligned with future trends
- Deliver executive-level presentations on future outlooks and strategic implications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to expand foresight capabilities
- Monitor and analyze geopolitical, technological, and environmental megatrends affecting industry landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
- Experience developing C-level strategic presentations and influencing executive decisions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Strong network within futurist and innovation communities
