Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients in quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation
- Facilitate C-level workshops translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Build proprietary foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and ethnographic research
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and speak at global futurist forums
- Mentor junior strategists in systems thinking and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing future-ready frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AR/VR
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend analysis projects
- Strong facilitation skills with executive stakeholders across diverse industries
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
