- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Oversee development of '2026 Impact Reports' for executive decision-making
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful commercial products
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Experience with AI/quantum computing/biotech convergence implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
