- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for emerging markets
- Present future impact assessments to executive stakeholders and board members
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing integration
- Collaborate with R&D to validate future-viable technologies and market opportunities
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational preparedness for 2026 paradigm shifts
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and sociotechnological megatrends
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
