As a key member of our Future Strategy division, you'll lead high-impact initiatives that define our trajectory for 2026 and beyond. You'll work directly with C-suite executives to anticipate technological disruptions, societal shifts, and market evolutions. Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ vision, analyzing global trends in AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks to prepare for future market disruptions and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate future insights into innovation roadmaps
- Present executive briefings and board-level recommendations on emerging opportunities and risks
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' identifying paradigm-shifting technologies and societal shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy and technology adoption
- Strong presentation skills with history of delivering high-impact executive briefings
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
