Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, economic, and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons exploring next-generation business models
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging market disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Business, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities across multiple domains
- Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments with ambiguous challenges
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives for Fortune 500 clients
