Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Utilize a mix of cold calling, networking, and referrals to identify and qualify high-value leads in the San Antonio market.
- Client Presentations: Deliver compelling, customized product presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers to demonstrate value and close deals.
- Contract Negotiation: Navigate complex contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and Apex Horizon Solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring retention and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Revenue Targets: Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through strategic planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or consultative selling (experience in the [Industry, e.g., SaaS/Software] sector preferred).
- Demonstrated Success: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Self-Motivation: High energy and a competitive nature with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region for client meetings.
- CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software.
