Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Conduct high-value sales calls and meetings with decision-makers during evening hours.
- Present tailored product demonstrations and effectively overcome objections.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B outside sales or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a night shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client meetings.
