Responsibilities
- Build rapport with customers and identify their needs to recommend appropriate products or services.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain a pristine and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate effectively with the night shift team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer navigation.
