Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts in NYC metropolitan area
- Conduct 15+ face-to-face client meetings weekly across diverse industries
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 90%+ client retention rate
- Leverage CRM (Salesforce) to manage pipeline and forecast with 95% accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop customized client presentations
- Train junior sales representatives on advanced negotiation techniques
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue opportunities
- Participate in quarterly sales strategy planning sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years B2B outside sales experience with proven track record of exceeding targets
- Strong network of contacts within NYC's tech and finance sectors
- Proficiency in Salesforce and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Tableau)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or equivalent credential preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel 25% within tri-state area
- Results-driven mindset with history of closing 6-figure deals
