Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and engage with C-level decision-makers across Dallas-Fort Worth
- Develop customized solutions driving 150%+ YoY revenue growth
- Execute full sales cycle from cold outreach to contract signing
- Leverage Salesforce to maintain 95%+ data accuracy and pipeline visibility
- Collaborate with product team to refine market-specific value propositions
- Exceed quarterly targets through strategic territory management
- Host quarterly client innovation workshops in DFW metroplex
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proven track record of $500K+ annual sales volume
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies and CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Exceptional negotiation skills with complex enterprise clients
- Proficiency in data-driven sales analytics and forecasting
- Texas sales certification (preferred, not required)
