Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual demos and consultative selling
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly team training sessions and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales automation tools (Outreach, HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline forecasting and opportunity management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
