Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new enterprise clients in Boston and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target organizations
- Conduct in-person client meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations
- Collaborate with marketing to generate and qualify high-value leads
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through consultative selling methodologies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and forecast revenue
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven outside sales experience in B2B technology or SaaS
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas ($500k+ annually)
- Strong knowledge of Boston's business landscape and key industries
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience selling complex solutions
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
