Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies for Houston metro area
- Acquire new enterprise clients through targeted prospecting and cold outreach
- Present complex solutions to C-suite executives in energy/manufacturing sectors
- Manage full sales cycle: proposal creation, negotiations, and contract closure
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to track KPIs and forecast pipeline
- Collaborate with product team to customize client solutions
- Attend 3-5 industry events/month for lead generation
Qualifications
- 5+ years outside sales experience with B2B enterprise solutions
- Proven $500K+ annual sales track record
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and willingness for 30% local travel
