Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct high-volume outside sales calls and meetings with prospective clients during night shift hours.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate the value proposition to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Effectively negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate prospect and client information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field.
- Ability and willingness to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
