Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present tailored product solutions to B2B prospects in Fresno and surrounding areas
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining 95% CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle client objections effectively
- Develop deep product expertise to consultatively address customer needs
- Attend weekly sales training and performance improvement sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of quota achievement
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret customer data and market trends
