Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual meetings and product demonstrations
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining CRM data accuracy and activity logs
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Develop long-term client relationships through consultative selling approaches
- Attend daily sales huddles and weekly performance reviews with sales leadership
- Utilize Salesforce.com to track pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($50k+ annually)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills
