Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies targeting industrial manufacturers in Southeast Michigan
- Conduct 12-15 face-to-face client meetings weekly to build relationships and close deals
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling of complex technical solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer onboarding and post-sale support
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and competitive insights
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting data
- Represent company at industry trade shows and networking events
Qualifications
- 5+ years of outside sales experience with industrial or technical products
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual sales targets
- Strong technical aptitude to understand complex manufacturing solutions
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 60% of the time
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
