Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies across San Diego County
- Conduct on-site client consultations to identify pain points and present tailored SaaS solutions
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic prospecting and pipeline management
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations using data-driven insights
- Manage entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly sales forecasts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience with SaaS/technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and CRM platforms
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to travel 60% of time across San Diego County
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
