Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads generated by marketing teams.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to track interactions and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Identify and understand customer needs to recommend the best solutions and close deals.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
- Manage objections and negotiate terms to secure contracts and agreements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a high level of accountability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
