Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-intent business leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial contact to closing deals and account management.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
- Effectively communicate product value propositions to potential clients in the US market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Document all customer interactions and update account records accurately.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B inside sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 4 PM - 1 AM) with high energy and resilience.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a competitive drive.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
