Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Develop deep product expertise to present tailored solutions to mid-market businesses
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 90%+ activity metrics
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide actionable market insights
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline documentation and forecasting
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/cloud solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger)
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience selling to mid-market enterprise clients (500+ employees)
