Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to qualified leads during the night shift hours.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Present product demonstrations and services to potential clients to drive revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and upselling.
- Record accurate activity and sales data in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing.
- Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
