- Identify and prospect new enterprise accounts across Northern California
- Develop tailored solution presentations demonstrating ROI for complex B2B needs
- Manage full sales cycle from initial discovery to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining client satisfaction metrics
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline and forecast accurately
- Represent InnovateTech at industry conferences and networking events
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience with SaaS/tech solutions
- Proven track record exceeding $1M+ in annual sales quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies and solution-based pitches
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
