Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new enterprise clients across Nashville's key business districts
- Present complex SaaS solutions to C-level executives and procurement teams
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans with quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal product teams to customize client solutions
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate sales pipeline data
- Host quarterly client appreciation events in Nashville's premier venues
- Mentor junior sales representatives on advanced negotiation techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience with SaaS/technology focus
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM platforms
- Valid driver's license with clean record (company vehicle provided)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong understanding of Nashville's business ecosystem
- Ability to travel 70% of time within Tennessee region
