Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to exceed sales targets in Jacksonville and surrounding areas
- Conduct 8-12 face-to-face client meetings weekly to present solutions and close deals Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation using Salesforce CRM
- Analyze client needs to position tailored technology solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction
- Submit detailed weekly activity reports and pipeline forecasts
- Participate in quarterly sales training and market research initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven outside sales experience with B2B solutions or enterprise software
- Documented track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Proficiency in Salesforce and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Prezi)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to handle complex sales cycles
- Resilience to thrive in a self-directed, commission-based environment
