Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans targeting enterprise accounts in Columbus and surrounding regions
- Generate 15+ qualified leads weekly through strategic networking and digital prospecting
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from discovery to contract negotiation with average deal sizes of $75K+
- Collaborate with marketing to develop personalized account-based strategies for key verticals
- Exceed quarterly quotas while maintaining 95% client retention rate through proactive relationship management
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate pipeline data and forecast reporting
- Represent company at industry events and trade shows to establish thought leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Strong network within Columbus business community (Fortune 500/mid-market connections preferred)
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies and complex solution selling
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for company vehicle usage
- Ability to travel 60% of time with overnight stays as needed
- Professional presentation skills with ability to deliver executive-level proposals
