Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts in Austin and surrounding regions
- Conduct 15+ face-to-face client meetings weekly to build long-term partnerships
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop territory-specific campaigns
- Maintain CRM with detailed activity tracking and pipeline forecasting
- Represent company at industry events and trade shows in Central Texas
Qualifications
- 5+ years of outside sales experience with B2B SaaS or technology solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding $500K+ annual sales quotas
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com and CRM platforms
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Exceptional presentation skills and ability to articulate complex technical solutions
