Responsibilities
- Proactively contact and qualify warm leads via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Present product demos and value propositions to prospective clients during night hours.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Update CRM records accurately and maintain a high volume of daily outreach metrics.
- Collaborate with the retention team to ensure customer satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or Cold Calling.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based role.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM or similar).
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
