Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and strategy.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Document customer interactions and provide feedback to the product team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, business-to-business (B2B) sales, or account management (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a major plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong negotiation and closing techniques.
