Job Description
We are seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing team. Based in Albuquerque, NM, we are expanding operations and are looking for driven talent in both New Mexico and California (Remote/Hybrid options available).
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through high-volume prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals. We offer a competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Bonus structure designed for top performers looking to maximize their earnings.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and nurture a daily pipeline of leads using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct needs assessments to recommend our solutions.
- Present product demos and handle objections to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Experience selling in the Technology or SaaS industry is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality and a strong desire to earn a high income.
