- Proactively identify and qualify leads through inbound/outbound channels (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Develop customized sales presentations aligned with client needs and product solutions
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, maintaining CRM data hygiene
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic account management
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and performance coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven inside sales experience in SaaS or technology sector
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot required)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency with sales analytics tools (e.g., Gong, Chorus.ai)
