Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through high-volume calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Qualify prospects to determine their needs and fit for our product suite.
- Present product demos and tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Close sales over the phone with a focus on retention and up-selling.
- Manage and update customer data in the CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the morning sales team to ensure seamless handoffs.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in Inside Sales or B2B Sales.
- Strong desire to earn uncapped commission and hit aggressive KPIs.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
